At Boss Cooling we offer a free no obligation site survey in order to identify your specific requirements. On this survey we will also identify and assess any electrical and building works that will be needed to be carried out to accommodate the final installation.
On completion of the initial survey and identifying specific requirements, we will design a system to meet your needs and supply a quotation to carry out the works.
Upon acceptance of this quotation, all equipment and materials will be ordered and all risk assessments, method statements, health and safety documentation and schedule of works will be supplied. The installation will then begin at a time agreed with the customer. Boss Cooling’s core engineers are employed by Boss cooling and only approved Subcontract labour is used when required.
The systems are fully commissioned and handed over at the end of the installation. At this point any staff training on the operation of the systems will be carried out. You will then be issued with a completed commissioning sheet and the systems operation and maintenance manuals.
At Boss Cooling, we only install systems supplied by the industry’s leading manufacturers. These include Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric and Fujitsu. Every system installed by Boss comes with a free 3 year warranty and a 5 year warranty can also be provided if required.
After the installation we like to continue to work with the client and offer a full after sales support service and a preventative maintenance agreement.
